Dry or Tired Eyes
This eye mask soothes dry and tired eyes by applying warmth and darkness. Like a warm compress the warmth creates a fine moist steam, comforting the skin around the eyes and giving relief to dry eyes.
Digital eye strain
If you work in front of a screen all day, this eye mask will give your eyes the relief they need. Use it on your work/study breaks to relax and warm your eyes.
Busy minds
One of the best hacks to combat a busy mind is using an eye mask. Pair that with the self-warming functionality and you have found yourself the best solution to calm it down.
Migraines & headaches
If you suffer from headaches, you know that keeping your surroundings dark and using a heat pack can really help. This warming eye mask utilises both tactics to provide relief from headaches.
Relaxation and Meditation
The warmth of the eye mask is ideal for relaxing your eyes, face and mind to complement the practice of meditation beautifully.
A good night’s sleep
Putting the warming eye mask on before you sleep is a great way to force yourself to not have screen time just before you sleep. The darkness and warmth provides a great foundation for a good night’s sleep by helping you drift off calmly.
Travelling
This is a travel must-have, especially on long journeys. The eye mask can help with sleep on the plane, airport breaks and jet lag.
Step 1: Open an individual pouch
Step 2: Unfold the mask and feel the mask gently warm up. When the mask’s iron particles meet oxygen in the air it begins to gradually warm up and stays at a comfortable temperature for a minimum of 20 minutes.
Step 3: Lie back, place the loops over your ears and mask on your eyes. Time to relax.

Christmas Table
After seeing these advertised on GiftGuide Online, I bought the Christmas packs and gave them to my female guests on Christmas day as part of my table setting and everyone has loved them (even the husbands that have used one or two, say they are the best) and now nearly a month later they are asking me where did I buy them from. What a great find - thanks ladies!

Christmas R&R
I bought these for my nursing friends and myself as a gift of much needed relaxing Christmas R and R. They are amazing! I bought the Vanilla as I was unsure of the preferences of the other. The scent and warmth was deliciously smoothing. The shipping was also super fast especially as it was just before Christmas when I ordered. Will definitely be purchasing again.

Your Questions Answered
How does the Lula Eyemask work?
The masks contain iron particles and when they come into contact with oxygen the iron slowly begins to warm, it’s a natural oxidation reaction. There are other natural ingredients that help this oxidising reaction to happen and to heat evenly; water, salt, charcoal and vermiculite.
The Lula Eye Masks are each sealed individually because once you open the pouch and air comes in contact it will start warming. It stays at a comforting temperature for a minimum of 20 relaxing minutes, so you can drift into a daydream or a deep night’s sleep.
What can it help with?
• Dry or tired Eyes
• Digital eye strain
• Busy minds
• Migraines & headaches
• Relaxation
• Meditation
• A good nights sleep
• Travelling
The warmth helps to relax the muscles around the eyes and also encourages circulation, helping to ease tension and strain. This can also help relieve headaches and migraines. As well as the Lula Eye Mask blocking light, it’s warmth feels soothing and calming, helping lull you to sleep. Like a warm compress the warmth creates a fine moist steam, comforting the skin around the eyes and giving relief to dry eyes.
How long will the Lula Eyemask stay warm?
The eye mask warms quickly reaching a comfortable temperature that will last for a minimum of 20 minutes and gently fades away by the time you’ve drifted off.
Can I reheat the eyemask?
No. Do not reheat the mask in any way. The Lula Eye Mask has been designed to warm up once to a safe, comfortable temperature for the eyes, it's a natural reaction when the iron particles in the mask meets the air and begins to heat. This reaction can only happen once, so although it can not be reheated you can keep the eye mask and continue to use as you would a normal sleeping eye mask to block out light.
