Honestly it's the BEST Heat Patch in the market! We've bought Daiso and other branded heat patches to deal with tummy cramps and sore backs, but others either don't stick well and/or cover the areas that need to be warmed up!
If you are considering whether to buy the heat patches and whether the product actually works (rather than hyped up), this is the product worth every dollar!
