These self-warming eye masks (and I have tried all the scents) are fantastic for us ladies who need to take a time out or just want to pamper our eyes at the end of a long day. I work on a salt mine so dry eyes is one of the things that come with the territory. At night I put one on and it instantly soothes and comforts my eyes and helps me drift off to sleep. I always take these with me when flying long haul flights as they are a great for giving you the boost when you are tired and have dry eyes from being in the plane.

Love these comforting eye masks for those nights when I need a little more help to make sleep happen. The lavender is my favourite fragrance of them all but when those patches start to warm up I know a blissful sleep is about to happen. I love these products, they feel like a warm comforting hug. I first came across them when I was gifted a box by a friend I have since bought multiple packets. I use them on long flights to visit my family in the uk, on cold nights here at home or when I’m headachy and just need a bit of comfort.

I love these eye masks and treated myself to several packs post partum. I slept easily and more peacefully with these and felt more relaxed. The Self-Warming Body Patches are a must to always keep on hand. They are fabulous for relieving aches and sore muscle pain.
My husband is currently using mine for his sore lower back and swears by them. He loves how they stick on as opposed to heat packs that need repeated heating and are heavy and move constantly. He firmly believes that they have helped relieve his pain.

These masks heat so quickly and are wonderful for my dry eyes. i love all the scents but find for dry eyes, unscented works the best for me. Will definitely keep purchasing.
